Lyle M. Byrum is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of operations of Atijet, One of the Southwest's largest FAR part 135 jet charter operations, He is truly one of the most accomplished aviators in America.

Graduated as Certified Public Accountant from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Laguna, on May 1990, and FAA licensed Airline Transport Pilot with over 2,600 hours experience, of which more than 1,900 hours are on turbine powered aircraft and have type ratings on Learjet series and Citation CE500 series, including company Learjet instructor privileges. With ample experience in manufacturing from 1990 to 2006 as background, I acquired a stake on ATI Jet in May of 2006, and brought my concepts of processes streamlining, cost evaluations and measures to reduce them, procure financing for the company in more favorable terms and conditions, management of cash flows, oversight on accounting, tax related matters, financial planning and reporting. Other personal interests are golf and auto racing.
June 1981 Andre started his aviation career serving in the United States Airforce as a C-5A, B Crew Chief and later as Squadron Maintenance Supervisor. His service allowed him to attained his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic license. Being honorably discharged, he continued his aviation studies attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical pursing a Degree in Professional Aeronautics. The year 1995, he started and successfully operated Regional Air Charters of Florida (a Part 135 Operation) before selling the company to continue his carrier as a pilot. Thereafter, he flew major FAA 135 cargo operations and an FAA 121 airline operations throughout the world.
DIRECTOR OF SAFETY
Jim is an experienced pilot with over 35 years in aviation. Recently retired from the US Air Force as a Munitions Superintendent, he also has extensive knowledge of safety programs, hazardous materials handling, storage, and transportation requirements. Jim currently holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate for multi-engine aircraft, Commercial Pilot certificate for single-engine aircraft and active Flight Instructor certificates for single/multi-engine and instrument airplane. He is a line pilot for ATI Jet, Inc. involved with daily company flight activities as well as oversees the on-going flight safety program.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
Received A&P license from Rice Aviation in 1991, first job in Aviation was at Julie's Aircraft service from 1991 to 1998, while at Julie's, worked on aircraft ranging from a Cessna 150 to a Boeing 777. Worked line service at Frontier airlines from 1998 to 1999 on their 737-200 and -300 fleet. Made the move to ATI Jet in 1999, became the Director of Maintenance in 2001 in charge of ATI’s whole Learjet fleet. Hobbies include football, working on old cars, and collecting comic books.
